Objective:

The objective of this role is to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a clinical setting.

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Clinical Nurse who can deliver exceptional care and promote a culture of excellence in our healthcare facility.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Clinical Nursing: Provide high-quality, personalized care to patients, conducting thorough assessments, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals as needed.
  • Patient Education: Educate patients and their families on health teaching needs, incorporating these into rehabilitation care plans, and promoting healthy behaviors.
  • Rehabilitation Assessments: Conduct thorough head-to-toe assessments, identify patients' health teaching needs, and incorporate these into rehabilitation care plans.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of patient care, including initial assessments, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
  • Collaboration: Work effectively with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and support staff, to ensure seamless coordination of patient care.

Requirements:

  • Education: A Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing (BScN), Post-RN BScN degree, or Diploma in Nursing is required.
  • Experience: Six months of work experience is preferred, while Diploma holders should have at least three years of experience.
  • Licensure: A valid license from the relevant nursing council is mandatory.
  • Certifications: Certification in Basic Life Support, ACLS, PALS, NRP provider, Safe Medication Administration, and Intravenous Cannulation is essential.
