A leading organization is seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Expansion Manager to spearhead the growth of our clientele base. As the primary ambassador of the company, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing an effective sales strategy that drives sustainable financial growth through enhanced sales and robust client relationships.

The role focuses solely on new business development through the sale of app-based solutions. You will be responsible for establishing new business relationships with potential clients through direct communication, face-to-face meetings, telephone calls, and emails.

The ideal candidate must possess exceptional English communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, as well as a willingness to work from 09:00 AM to 7:00 PM (5 days a week). We are looking for someone who can effectively develop a growth strategy that balances financial gain and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive growth strategy that aligns with the company's objectives

• Conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities and understand customer needs

• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients to showcase our products/services

• Promote our offerings by addressing or predicting clients' goals and aspirations

• Prepare sales contracts that adhere to established rules and guidelines

• Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, invoices, and other relevant data

• Provide exceptional after-sales support and feedback to clients

• Foster long-term relationships with new and existing customers

• Develop and mentor junior staff to become valuable sales professionals

Requirements

Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or similar role

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)

• Excellent proficiency in English

• Strong market knowledge and analytical skills

• Effective communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to build strong relationships and rapport with clients

• Time management and planning skills
