Job Title: Male Counselor – National Youth Helpline

We are seeking a male counselor to provide confidential telephonic support on psychosocial, reproductive health, and academic issues, as well as family conflicts, substance abuse, GBV, and other youth-related concerns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Offer non-judgmental counseling in Pashto, English & Urdu.
  • Assess mental health needs and provide psychological first aid.
  • Maintain confidential records and refer high-risk cases.
  • Participate in training and awareness campaigns.

Requirements for the Position:

  • A Master's degree in Psychology or at least 16 years of qualification in psychology, Clinical Psychology/M.Phil., and Clinical diploma.
  • Proficiency in Pashto & Urdu (English is a plus).
  • At least 2 years' experience in counseling (preferably telephonic/online).
