Responsibilities:

●Assist Business Project Managers in Coordinating project activities, resources, and information.

●Work with the PMO to implement best practices in delivering projects.

●Ensure resources are allocated appropriately to projects.

●Manage risk, issues and dependences on projects, escalating where required.

●Ensure project documentation is maintained, updated and properly filled.

●Communicate with clients to clarify project requirements and scope.

●Work closely with PMO and Business Project Management teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.

●Prepare and share projects progress reports on a regular basis.

●Support quality assurance processes by ensuring projects standards are met.

Experience/ Requirement/ Skills:

●Minimum 2+ years of experience with Project Coordination of web based applications

●Good knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle ( SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

●MS-Office (Word, Excel), and project mamagement tools (JIRA, Trello, Visio)

●Qualification in PRINCE2, SAFe Agile, ITIL or other project management certification.

●Excellent communication skills with English

●Problem-solving and teaming-up aptitude
