Diagnostic Pathology Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant Histopathologist to join our Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine. This individual will be part of a dynamic team that provides diagnostic services through clinical laboratory facilities.
Aga Khan University Hospital has well-equipped investigative services and offers state-of-the-art clinical facilities.
The Clinical Laboratory is College of American Pathologists (CAP) accredited, catering to the country's needs through its tertiary lab at the main campus and 300+ specimen collection units across Pakistan.
Responsibilities- Provide independent consultant-level histopathology services and participate in departmental quality improvement initiatives
- Contribute to the development and implementation of laboratory policies and procedures
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely and accurate reporting of histopathology results
- MBBS or equivalent medical degree
- FCPS, FRCPath, American Board, or Ph.D. in pathology or related field
- At least two years experience in a tertiary care hospital after postgraduate qualification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in computer software packages relevant to pathology practice
