Job Title: Business Development Executive
Job Description:
- Lead sales of battery products across various sectors including oil & gas, power generation and transmission, FMCG, telecom, data centers, and automotive in Pakistan.
- Identify business opportunities, develop key accounts, obtain consultant approvals, execute EPC projects, and build client relationships.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets with a focus on market expansion.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to clients.
- Prepare and participate in tenders and large-scale project proposals.
- Maintain accurate pipelines and reports using CRM tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Possess 2–4 years of relevant experience in battery sales in B2B.
- Have strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with European brands like Torjan, Fiamm, Varta is preferred.
- Must be willing to travel frequently across Pakistan.
