Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Sponsorships Manager to join our team at Capital Club. This role will be responsible for driving sales and sponsorship revenue growth while developing and managing sponsorships that meet business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales or sponsorship roles, strong communication and analytical skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Key responsibilities include:
  • Drive sponsorship sales by developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue growth.
  • Develop and manage sponsorship products to meet business objectives, including creating and implementing sponsorship program guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the Internet Marketing team to create online sponsorship programs and ensure a steady stream of prospects.
  • Provide regular reports and briefings to senior leadership on marketing plans, prospect activity, and sales forecasts.
