Job Description\

Our team is dedicated to optimizing people systems and providing data-driven insights. We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support our efforts with critical insights, reporting, and system-related data support.

This role will play a key part in building and maintaining reports and dashboards, enabling better decision-making through data. The ideal candidate is highly tech-savvy, comfortable working with various people systems, and able to analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights supporting business decisions.

\Key Responsibilities:\
  • Design, build, and maintain reports and dashboards using Looker Studio, Excel, and Google Sheets.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure reporting solutions meet business needs.

  • Support the implementation and optimization of people systems.
  • Ensure data integrity and drive initiatives to improve data quality.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive, solutions-driven mindset. You will be responsible for providing ad hoc data and reporting support to various stakeholders across the People team and the wider business.

\Requirements and Qualifications\

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst with 3-4 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in People/HR domains. Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Strong hands-on skills in Excel, Google Sheets, and Looker Studio.
  • Good working knowledge of HR or People systems implementation/management (e.g., Oracle, Greenhouse, Leapsome) is a plus.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive, solutions-driven mindset.
