Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Master Software Architect to design and develop highly scalable data infrastructure that supports analytics, operations, and product needs.

This is a unique opportunity to join our team and shape the future of data engineering. As a key member of our architecture team, you will be responsible for architecting and implementing robust ETL/ELT processes and managing data warehouse solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Develop Scalable Data Pipelines: Design, build, and maintain reliable and scalable data pipelines to support analytics, operations, and product needs.
  • Lead Technical Architecture: Take ownership of the technical architecture of our data engineering team, providing technical leadership, mentoring, and setting high standards.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Analytics) to deliver data-driven solutions.
  • Monitor Data Pipeline Health: Monitor data pipeline health, automate error detection, and ensure data integrity.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3-4 Years of Experience in Data Engineering: 3-4 years of hands-on experience in Data Engineering or related roles.
  • Expertise in Python: Expertise in Python for data processing, scripting, and automation.
  • Strong Knowledge of SQL: Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with both relational and NoSQL databases.
  • Experience with Cloud Platforms: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and big data tools (Spark, Hadoop, etc.).
Bonus Skills
  • Familiarity with Backtesting Frameworks: Familiarity with backtesting frameworks (e.g., Zipline, Backtrader, custom engines).
  • Exposure to Machine Learning Workflows: Exposure to machine learning workflows, data labeling, and feature engineering in production settings.
