
Remote Sales Representative

As a Data Center Services Account Manager, your primary responsibility will be to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the European and Asian markets. You will leverage your exceptional communication and negotiation skills to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, and utilize market research and online tools to stay up-to-date on regional trends and client needs.

• Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs and expectations.
• Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to meet client needs and increase revenue growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular virtual interactions, ensuring timely issue resolution and maximized revenue from existing clients.
• Stay updated on regional laws and regulations, ensuring compliance in all sales activities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets and improve overall sales performance.

• Proven experience in remote sales, including cold calling, in the data center or IT services industry.
• Strong understanding of European and Asian markets and their unique business practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, virtual meeting platforms, and other sales software.
• Ability to work across time zones and manage a flexible schedule.
• Multilingual skills (e.g., Mandarin, Hindi, German, or French) are a strong advantage.
