About the Role:

This is a key position responsible for designing and delivering engaging training programs that meet the needs of our employees.

The successful candidate will have strong presentation skills, be able to communicate effectively with diverse audiences, and have experience in conducting Training Need Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training Needs Analysis: Conduct semi-annual TNA to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
  • Training Program Design: Design and deliver soft skills training programs as a trainer, focusing on communication, teamwork, and problem-solving.
  • Relationship Building: Build strategic relationships with external training firms to provide employees with opportunities for growth and development.
  • ROI Measurement : Measure the Return on Investment (ROI) of each training session and present insights to senior management to inform future training initiatives.
  • Budgeting: Collaborate with the finance department to develop training budgets that align with business objectives.
