About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven professional to join our dynamic team as a Recruitment Executive.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting, assessing, and hiring top talent to meet the organisation's staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with hiring managers or stakeholders to understand staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source, attract, and engage candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Administer pre-employment assessments as needed and evaluate results.
  • Promote a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
  • Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records using applicant tracking systems.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.
  • Contribute insights and recommendations to improve the recruitment process.

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment:

Our team operates during regular business hours from 10 am to 7 pm. We value adaptability and flexibility in our work environment.
