Sourcing and Recruiting Talents

They source talents through various channels, leveraging their understanding of company needs and requirements to recruit the best fit for the position. This involves developing effective strategies for sourcing, screening, and evaluating potential candidates.

Screening and Assessment

A thorough screening process is essential in ensuring that only the most suitable candidates progress to the next stage. This includes reviewing portfolios, assessing performance, and evaluating efficiency, as well as pre-screening activities such as phone calls and trial screens.

Hiring Process Support

The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a crucial role in facilitating a smooth onboarding process for new hires by administering and submitting hiring paperwork, as well as assisting with the orientation process. They work closely with the Human Resources department throughout this phase.
