As a Tele Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling products or services to potential customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Handling inbound calls from customers, addressing their inquiries and providing information about our products or services.">
  • Achieving sales targets and quotas set by the organization.">
  • BUILDING AND MAINTAINING CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS by providing exceptional customer service.">
  • IDENTIFYING AND QUALIFYING LEADS, and following up on sales opportunities.">
  • KEEPING ACCURATE RECORDS OF SALES ACTIVITIES and updating the customer database.">
  • COLLABORATING WITH THE SALES TEAM to meet overall sales objectives.">
  • STAYING UPDATED ON PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.">
  • ADHERING TO ORGANIZATION POLICIES AND PROCEDURES, including compliance with telemarketing regulations.">

  • PERSISTENCE AND RESILIENCE: Rejection is common in sales, so having the ability to bounce back and keep trying is important.">

  • PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE: Having a good understanding of the products or services you are selling.">
  • CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS: Providing exceptional service to customers and building positive relationships.">
