- BUILDING AND MAINTAINING CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS by providing exceptional customer service.">
- IDENTIFYING AND QUALIFYING LEADS, and following up on sales opportunities.">
- KEEPING ACCURATE RECORDS OF SALES ACTIVITIES and updating the customer database.">
- COLLABORATING WITH THE SALES TEAM to meet overall sales objectives.">
- STAYING UPDATED ON PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.">
- ADHERING TO ORGANIZATION POLICIES AND PROCEDURES, including compliance with telemarketing regulations.">
