The Role

We are looking for a Career Sales Specialist Trainee to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Run a dedicated sales campaign targeting new and existing customers.
  2. Generate Telecoms and ICT sales through high-energy outbound calls.
  3. Communicate directly and effectively with clients to achieve ongoing pipeline opportunities.
  4. Prepare sales proposals and monthly reports, meeting achievement targets.
  5. Develop and maintain up-to-date product/service knowledge and market information.
  6. Liaise with marketing to maximize the database.
  7. Negotiate offers and complex deals while delivering exceptional customer service.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • Proven track record in new business and sales.
  • Good technical knowledge.
  • Confident in closing sales.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Dynamic, self-motivated ability to respond and work under pressure proactively.
  • Motivated by targets.
  • Proficient in the use of a CRM system, ideally Salesforce.
  • Substantial use of LinkedIn.
