Telecom Program Implementation Job

The Digital Economy Enhancement Project is a government initiative aimed at enhancing digitally enabled public services delivery for citizens and businesses.

The project aims to support the development of digital public infrastructure, including responsible data exchange, digital authentication, and verifiable credentials.

Key objectives include:

  1. Liaise with internal telecom teams and external stakeholders to design and develop overall Telecom Program components.
  2. Coordinate and manage telecom program implementation activities across the project.
  3. Lead the technical design, planning, and implementation of telecommunications components.

Responsibilities include providing technical support in drafting policies and plans, coordinating stakeholder consultations, and facilitating workshops and training sessions.

Close collaboration with the Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunication will ensure effective project implementation.

Requirements

A minimum of 16 years of education from a reputable university in a relevant field is required.

At least 18 years of professional experience in the telecom sector, including national and international level experience, is also necessary.

Candidates must possess strong communication and coordination skills, as well as experience in project implementation and coordination, regulatory engagement, and digital transformation initiatives.
