Job Overview:

We are seeking a senior software development professional to join our team as a lead developer.

  • This role involves leading the design, development and deployment of complex software systems.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication skills and experience in leading cross-functional teams.

  • Strong programming skills with at least one .NET language (e.g., C#, Visual Basic .NET)
  • Hands-on understanding of Entity Framework and ADO.net
  • Knowledge of Object Oriented Analysis and Design
  • Experience with front-end framework like Angular or Vue.js
  • Practical knowledge of using Postman for API testing
  • A keen eye for detail

In this role, you will be responsible for managing live systems including deployment and backup on live servers, designing and managing Database for new/current systems, involved with Networks team for any troubleshooting or configurations, systems health monitoring from time to time, developing new features, updating existing ones, creating customized solutions based on customer needs, train and mentor junior resources, provide technical roadmap and R&D, and assist junior resources in review/debug any issues.

You will also be acting as a product owner to gather requirements, create project plans, design/review technical documents, refine backlogs and manage team tasks.

To excel in this role, you will require 12-15 years of .NET (MVC / Core) development experience, strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, practical knowledge of front-end framework like Angular or Vue.js, and understanding of Twilio programmable communication APIs will be a plus.
