Lead Software Development Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled project manager to oversee multiple software development projects. The ideal candidate will lead planning, execution, and coordination with development teams, stakeholders, and clients to deliver high-quality projects on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Plan and execute multiple software development projects from initiation to delivery.
  2. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and senior management.
  3. Coordinate internal teams and external partners for resource allocation and availability.
  4. Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including timelines, status reports, risk logs, and change requests.
  5. Track project performance using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
  6. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
  7. Ensure effective communication across all levels of the organization and with clients.
  8. Monitor progress and KPIs, adjusting project plans as necessary to meet changing requirements.
Requirements & Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
  2. 3+ years of experience in project management for software development teams.
  3. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  4. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and software development life cycles.
  5. Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
  6. Exceptional organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  8. Strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution abilities.
  9. PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certification is a plus.
