This role provides general HR support to ensure the effective management of human resources within an organization.
Key Responsibilities:- General HR Support: Provide general HR support to employees, management, and external stakeholders.
- Recruitment and Hiring: Assist in recruitment and hiring processes to ensure the right candidates are selected for vacant positions.
- Employee Relations: Develop and maintain positive employee relations through effective communication and conflict resolution.
- Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Training and Development: Deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Proven Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an HR role.
- Knowledge of HR Policies, Labor Laws, and Best Practices: Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
- Ability to Handle Conflict Resolution and Employee Concerns: Ability to handle conflict resolution and employee concerns in a professional and confidential manner.
- Strong Organizational and Data Management Skills: Strong organizational and data management skills to maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR data.
