Job Title: Corporate Social Responsibility Professional

This role plays a pivotal part in driving corporate social responsibility at our organization. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of Health, Safety, Environment and Management Systems (HSEMS) and Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS).

The ideal candidate should hold a Master's degree in a relevant field such as Political Sciences, MBA HR, Economics, Business, Environmental Sciences or Communications.

  • HSEMS Development: Develop, update, and communicate company-wide programs for HSEMS implementation.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to develop and submit factory profiles that showcase our commitment to sustainability and social responsibility.
  • Standard Setting: Establish, update, and communicate company HR and HSE standards, procedures, code of practices, and guidelines that align with local and international regulations.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Provide regular reports to the director on HSE and HRMS administrative systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Internal and External Audits: Conduct internal audits of health and safety performance and employment standards, facilitate external audits, and ensure CAP development and submission.
  • Training and Development: Establish and maintain suitable training standards for health and safety and HRMS, providing guidance and support to managers and staff.
  • Health and Safety Committee: Provide advice and information to the Health and Safety committee, making recommendations for policy improvements.
