Customer Service Manager

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing 6K customers' connections in multiple towns and cities.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring timely execution of maintenance projects to improve operational KPIs. You will also achieve quality installations while adhering to SLAs and zero pendency.

To succeed in this role, you will need to identify and implement Preventive Maintenance for Copper/FF networks to enhance customer experience. Additionally, you will maintain accurate mapping of Copper/FF network infrastructure and promote HSE compliance to reduce accidents/injuries among field workers and vendors.

The ideal candidate will have a BS in Telecom/Electrical Engineering or a related field, with 0-1 year of relevant experience. You should have a strong understanding of Telecom network operations (Copper/GPON), KPIs, Copper/GPON QSP maintenance, and team management.

A background in IT/reporting, GPON maintenance, and customer handling is preferred. Proficiency in HSE protocols, Excel/Word, webmail, and network layout/maintenance is also required.

You will work in a dynamic environment with a clear vision to become the largest technology player and national champion driving digital transformation in Pakistan.
