Job Description:

We are hiring call centre representatives to take calls and respond to emails. We do not require any degree; however, strong verbal and written communication in English is essential.

Responsibilities:

  1. Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns.
  2. De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support.
  3. Accurate data entry and make bookings.
  4. Respond to customer emails, providing quotations in line with the company's communication structure.
Job Specification:

Ideal Candidate:

  1. Strong communication in English, both written and verbal.
  2. Great listening skills.
  3. A patient and empathetic attitude.
  4. Computer literate.
  5. Phone skills, including familiarity with Internet dialing - multi-line phone systems.
  6. Call centre experience is ideal but not essential. (Full training will be provided.)
