Luxury Sales Opportunity
Bella Hotel is looking for a seasoned Experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in luxury hotel sales, hospitality, or real estate sales.
About the Position
The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan to maximize occupancy and revenue. This includes identifying and engaging corporate clients, travel agencies, high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), and event planners.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to drive direct bookings, corporate stays, and long-term contracts.
- Maintain strong relationships with VIP guests, luxury tour operators, and corporate accounts.
- Negotiate long-term contracts and exclusive deals to secure consistent bookings.
Requirements
- Able to develop and execute a successful sales strategy.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in luxury hotel sales, hospitality, or real estate sales.
- Strong network of corporate clients, travel agents, and VIP guests.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
