Job Overview

  1. Dialing System Administration: Manage and maintain ISA Server, Linux, and PD (Predictive dialing) systems to guarantee smooth and efficient dialing processes.
  2. Troubleshooting and Technical Support: Provide expert-level technical support to resolve any dialing-related problems that may arise.
  3. Hardware and Software Management: Ensure comprehensive knowledge of both hardware and software components to identify and address potential issues.
  4. IP Configuration and Manual Dialing: Configure IP settings and implement manual dialing procedures as needed.
