Lead Sales Growth and Expand Market Presence

This role involves driving revenue growth, expanding the customer base, and establishing a strong global presence. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing existing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the successful execution of sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy Development and Execution:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in both domestic and international markets
  • Identify new business opportunities and create actionable plans to capitalize on them
  • Conduct market competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and position our solutions effectively
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction, retention, and business growth
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the existing customer base to maximize revenue
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded
  • Sales Cycle Management:
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a seamless and efficient process
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to align sales strategies with market demands and customer needs
  • Market Knowledge and Domain Expertise:
  • Leverage in-depth knowledge of the IT industry and our specific domains to provide tailored solutions to clients
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge
  • Utilize prior experience in the banking sector to understand industry-specific challenges and opportunities, particularly in delivering IT solutions to financial institutions
