Highly Experienced IT Professional Wanted

This is a full-time on-site job role based in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will work Monday to Friday, from 09:00 AM to 05:30 PM.
We are looking for a highly skilled professional with experience in FinTech and a strong understanding of software development life cycles, system architecture, and IT infrastructure.
The successful candidate will have expertise in designing and developing tailored system solutions based on specific business requirements. They will translate business needs into functional specifications, use cases, and system design documents.
We are seeking someone who can define, document, and own end-to-end system requirements, including functional and non-functional specifications. This individual will bridge the gap between business requirements and technology solutions by working closely with stakeholders, developers, and QA teams.
In this role, you will develop detailed design documents for stakeholders and developers that act as a baseline for solution development and acceptance. You will also design and maintain UML diagrams (use case, flow, sequence, activity, and component diagrams) to visually represent system architecture, workflows, and business logic.
Liaising with software developers and IT teams is crucial to ensure system design aligns with business needs. The ideal candidate will evaluate and enhance existing fintech systems for performance, compliance, and scalability.
This position requires a strong understanding of financial regulations, data privacy laws, and cybersecurity best practices. Familiarity with microservices and monolithic architectures, as well as API design, web services, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), is a plus.
