Job Description

The suitable candidate will join a team of engineers and operations specialists in supporting the enterprise privileged access management infrastructure and operations. They will be responsible for the end-to-end design, deployment, operations, and development of the bank's privileged access management framework, infrastructure, and processes. This includes driving automation and integration of privileged access management infrastructure with other systems to achieve straight-through processing and reduce manual work, as well as providing ongoing operations support, including management reporting and dashboards related to governance oversight of privileged accounts and passwords.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated expertise in deploying, configuring, managing, and supporting CyberArk infrastructure components, with the ability to support regionally and integrate CyberArk solutions via APIs, CyberArk certifications are preferred.
  • Proficient in PowerShell scripting and SQL to develop management reports on privileged account usage and operations, automating reporting processes.
  • Experience with Grafana for creating dashboards and visualizations, translating complex data into understandable formats for decision-making.
  • Strong understanding of PAM principles, including risk management, compliance, governance, and policy development.
  • Experience in responding to audit queries, preparing reports, analyzing findings, and collaborating with auditors to ensure compliance.
  • Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving CyberArk object issues to maintain security and operational standards.
  • Knowledge of Windows, Unix, MSSQL, and MariaDB systems for managing and securing privileged accounts.
  • Familiarity with banking or financial services environments and their regulatory/security requirements.
  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or relevant experience with CyberArk certifications.
