Key Responsibilities:- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint and determining the best course of action.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
- Maintain customer records and update account information as needed.
- Work closely with other departments to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Proactively reach out to customers to provide updates or additional information as needed.
- Escalate unresolved issues to management when necessary.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle high-volume customer interactions with patience and professionalism.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
