Job Overview:
We are a dynamic accounting firm seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks of our practice.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and execute bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, invoicing, and accounts receivable/payable management.
- Provide high-level administrative support, including meeting organization, email management, and document maintenance
- Collaborate with our accounting team to prepare comprehensive financial reports, statements, and tax returns.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within the accounting industry.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using accounting software, Microsoft Office Suite, and online collaboration tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in accounting and administration.
