Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled marketing professional to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies to grow our presence in Pakistan.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Developing and executing marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive community growth
  • Building relationships with influencers and brands
  • Creating engaging digital and social content that resonates with our Pakistani audience
  • Running focus groups to gather user insights and improve the product experience
  • Partnering with advertising agencies to execute outdoor advertising campaigns in major cities
  • Collaborating with our search engine optimization team to produce content that boosts our visibility in Pakistan
  • Managing our social media channels and posting fresh, creative content daily
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of marketing experience in Pakistan, ideally at a startup or fast-paced consumer brand
  • A versatile marketer who understands the full customer journey
  • Fluent in Urdu and English
  • Strong knowledge of Muslim culture and how to authentically connect with this audience
  • A creative thinker brimming with ideas and eager to test them
  • Proven track record of building brand presence both online and offline
  • A data-driven mindset, always questioning, optimizing, and improving
  • A natural storyteller who can proudly represent us in Pakistan
  • Strong project management and communication skills, comfortable working across time zones
