**Role Summary:**

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or Business (Master's preferred).
  • 4+ years of HR or People Operations experience in IT, software, or marketing industries.
  • Professional HR certifications (e.g., CHRP, SHRM-CP) preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS platforms and Microsoft 365 (Excel, Power Automate, SharePoint).
  • Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving abilities.
