**Role Summary:**
The People Success Manager is responsible for championing employee engagement, career development, and retention across the organization. This role requires a strategic thinker who can cultivate a high-performance culture that aligns individual success with company goals.

**Performance Management and Analysis:**

- Training managers in goal-setting, continuous feedback, and appraisal delivery.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or Business (Master's preferred).
- 4+ years of HR or People Operations experience in IT, software, or marketing industries.
- Professional HR certifications (e.g., CHRP, SHRM-CP) preferred.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS platforms and Microsoft 365 (Excel, Power Automate, SharePoint).
- Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving abilities.
