We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to drive growth and expansion in our organization. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in generating leads through freelancing platforms and social media, with a proven track record of success.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Freelance Platform Lead Generation: Identify and secure high-value projects from Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and other platforms.
- Outreach & Client Acquisition: Utilize LinkedIn, email, and social media to establish connections with potential clients and foster long-term business relationships.
- Proposal Writing & Bidding: Craft compelling proposals that effectively communicate expertise and value proposition.
- Follow-Ups & CRM Management: Maintain regular follow-ups with potential clients and manage leads efficiently in a CRM system.
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Sales Strategy & Performance Analysis: Develop and refine sales strategies based on market trends and performance data.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in business development, lead generation, or sales.
- Skills: Strong expertise in bidding on Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelancing platforms to secure high-value projects, proven ability to generate clients via LinkedIn, social media outreach, and email marketing.
- Educational Background: No specific educational background required.
