About this Role


We are seeking a highly skilled SEO Strategist to establish and scale our SEO function into a powerful growth engine. This is a founding leadership role where you'll take ownership of technical SEO, on-page optimization, and authority building.

This position is ideal for professionals with deep SEO expertise, digital marketing strategy skills, and hands-on experience in high-growth companies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical SEO: Conduct site audits, improve Core Web Vitals, schema, indexation, and optimize architecture.
  • On-Page SEO: Enhance landing pages, metadata, internal linking, and optimize content for search intent.
  • Off-Page SEO & Authority: Manage backlink strategy, disavow toxic links, and implement safe authority-building techniques.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics 4, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Moz to track KPIs and measure success.
  • Agency & Partner Management: Collaborate with agencies, freelancers, and creative partners for scalable SEO execution.
  • Leadership & Strategy: Build long-term SEO roadmaps, scalable systems, and eventually grow a global SEO team.

Bonus if you have experience in SaaS, marketplaces, content/media platforms, or agency-side SEO.
