We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Admin & Procurement professional to lead our administrative operations and support functions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage all administrative functions, including facility operations, vendor management, and general office upkeep.
  • Oversee procurement activities, including vendor sourcing, negotiation, purchasing, and asset management.
  • Manage travel and visa arrangements for local and international teams.
  • Supervise IT support functions such as internet, hardware, asset tracking, and software tools in collaboration with internal or external IT teams.
  • Drive strategic initiatives related to process improvement, cost efficiency, and office infrastructure enhancement.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding logistics, including workspace setup, accounts, and equipment coordination.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of solid experience in administration, procurement, or related operational roles.
  • Proven experience leading teams and managing cross-functional projects.
  • A track record of managing or contributing to strategic and transformational initiatives within an organization.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Experience working in fast-paced or startup environments is a plus.
  • MBA or relevant postgraduate degree preferred.
Nice to Have:
  • Exposure to IT asset management or procurement.
  • Experience using tools for admin operations, vendor management, or workflow automation.
