Lead Trainer & Learning Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Trainer and Learning Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our training department, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs that meet the needs of our stakeholders.

Your primary focus will be on creating customized training modules and materials in consultation with concerned departments. You will also be required to liaison with stakeholders to mobilize local master trainers and ensure the smooth execution of in-house trainings.

Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting optimum numbers of training courses in consultation with the L&D Head Office and evaluating trainings to write comprehensive course/workshop reports.

You will also be tasked with ensuring that the physical resources at our training centre are well maintained and functioning. Furthermore, you will assist the Training Head and coordinate with relevant teams to arrange induction programs for new joiners and share valuable insights.

To be successful in this role, you will need 5 years of proven experience in a similar domain, with at least 2-3 years of relevant expertise. Having bank exposure will be an added advantage.

Key Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess excellent training delivery skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You should also have a deep understanding of adult learning principles and be proficient in using various training software and tools.
