Marketing Role Opportunity

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the promotion and planning of all publicity material to maximize brand awareness.

This includes working with the external PR team to execute marketing campaigns successfully, as well as contributing to the annual sales and marketing plan by project managing marketing events and evaluating their success.

Evaluation of the effectiveness of all marketing activity is also a key responsibility, supporting the Sales & Marketing Manager in day-to-day marketing activities.

Key objectives include planning, developing, and delivering campaigns within agreed timescales, contributing to the annual sales and marketing plan, and providing guidance on marketing best practices to colleagues.

Additionally, the role involves creating and developing innovative ways to communicate the company message to existing customers.

A strong and confident communicator with excellent project management skills is required for this position.

Previous experience in a similar marketing role with a manufacturing or cement industry background is preferred but not essential.

A degree in marketing or a related field is ideal but not compulsory.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow directions are necessary for this role.

Self-motivation and dependability are also highly valued in this position.
