The Director Marketing is the strategic and brand custodian for the company's Nutrition portfolio. This role drives brand equity, portfolio growth, and consumer engagement, while ensuring strong business performance and market leadership. The incumbent will lead a team of Brand and Group Brand Managers, owning end-to-end brand strategy and executional excellence across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead development of brand strategies, driving differentiation and relevance.
  • Champion consumer, shopper, and HCP insights to shape brand positioning and communication.
  • Lead annual brand plans with clear growth targets, media strategy, and consumer activation.
  • Optimize marketing budgets and ROI across the portfolio.
  • Lead and coach the Brand Team, building strong brand management capability.
  • Foster a culture of insight-driven decision-making and marketing excellence.
  • Oversee media and digital strategy, ensuring impactful consumer engagement across platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and R&D for seamless execution.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • MBA in Marketing / Business Administration
  • Minimum 15 years' experience in Brand Management roles, with 5 years at senior leadership level in Nutrition, Consumer Health, or FMCG sectors.
