About This Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic specialist to join our team in the preparation of offers for internal and external customers. The role involves formulating competitive bids, estimates, and quotations, ensuring timely submissions, and guaranteeing alignment with customer requests.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Formulate competitive bids, estimates, and quotations, considering the best product mix and technical and commercial factors.
  2. Ensure all proposals meet customer requirements and adhere to relevant procedures and guidelines.
  3. Validate terms and conditions, including commercial, technical, legal, and pricing aspects, in collaboration with support teams.
  4. Collect and collate necessary information to prepare proposals, including technical and cost elements.
  5. Initiate tender screening and support bid/no-bid analysis in coordination with sales teams.
  6. Participate in tender risk review processes and collaborate with regional and segment teams for timely submission of offers.
  7. Support sales teams by coordinating with factories, partners, and business groups to meet customer techno-commercial requirements.
  8. Identify potential vendors, evaluate supplier offers, and coordinate with supply chain management for subcontractor requests.
  9. Apply company policies on health, safety, integrity, quality, and environment in your work area.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in electrical power engineering or related field.
  2. Preferably 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  3. Good knowledge of relevant products and systems.
  4. General understanding of customer products, applications, and processes.
  5. Proficiency in spoken and written English.
