Compensation: 20% Commission per Closed Deal

Role Description

Kinetic Network is seeking a results-driven Bid Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. As a Bid Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, preparing, and submitting competitive bids and proposals for IT and software development projects across freelance platforms and B2B channels. This is a commission-based role offering 20% of the value of every successful deal, with flexibility to work remotely or onsite.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and identify suitable opportunities on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Clutch, and others.
  • Prepare compelling proposals tailored to client requirements.
  • Communicate with potential clients to gather requirements and clarify project scopes.
  • Ensure timely submissions and follow-ups to maximize conversion rates.
  • Contribute to refining our bidding strategy and documentation.
