We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our quality assurance efforts.

Key Responsibilities:


• Develop and implement comprehensive test automation frameworks to empower development teams to write efficient tests.
• Define and execute robust QA processes to guarantee quality standards are met and maintained.
• Integrate DevOps practices into the QA process, fostering collaboration and efficiency.
• Create and execute test plans, cases, and scripts, utilizing playwright and selenium automation tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, software architects/business analysts, and development teams to understand project requirements and goals.
• Conduct various testing types (Acceptance, API, Functional, Regression, end-to-end) and provide clear communication on test results and status.
• Provide UAT and PROD support, ensuring seamless deployment of applications.
• Work collaboratively with global team members, promoting cross-functional knowledge sharing.
• Lead and mentor a team of quality assurance engineers, driving their growth and success.


Required Skills and Qualifications:


• 6+ years of experience in building test automation frameworks, enabling development teams to write efficient tests
• 6+ years of experience in automating web applications using playwright and selenium
• 6+ years of experience with API scripts using Postman
• 5+ years of experience in Jenkins, Jenkins-Pipelines, Git
• 6+ years of experience in performance testing using JMeter
• Hands-on experience with test management tools like Quality Center or other similar tools
• 5+ years of experience in DevOps practices and tools
• Experience in team management is a plus
• Proven experience in defining and implementing QA processes
• Experience with AWS services and other cloud environments
• Solid knowledge of SQL server and scripting
• 5+ years of experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
• Experience with security testing is a plus


Education Requirements:


• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
