Supply Chain Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead our supply chain operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, selecting and building relationships with potential suppliers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mind and excellent data analysis skills, with the ability to analyze costs, margins and other value chain metrics to identify opportunities for cost reduction and margin improvement.

You will also be responsible for sourcing and developing import products, managing and overseeing overall supply chain operations, including budgeting, planning, purchasing and inventory of materials, distribution, packaging, logistics, and quality issues.

In addition, you will make recommendations to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency of supply chain operations, create integrated processes among operations, purchasing, inventory management, distribution and logistics, and establish key performance metrics and benchmarks relating to supply chain planning/forecasting.

You will lead the creation and effective execution of annual savings plans to reduce purchasing costs year-over-year, and report progress monthly.

Familiarity with integrated supply chain and logistic concepts is essential, as well as experience with ERP software and Six Sigma Green Belt certification.

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, results-oriented and highly adaptable, with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
