As an Implementation Strategist, you will partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to present solutions, assist with change management and support the successful implementation of telematics solutions. In this role, you will play a key part in helping our clients achieve operational excellence through effective solution design, implementation and support.

Key aspects of the job include:

  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Customer Success and Product Management to develop business strategies that align with customer needs.
  • Designing and implementing tailored solutions that meet the unique requirements of each client, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Providing expert guidance and support to ensure smooth transition and adoption of new technologies, minimizing disruption to day-to-day operations.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sales leaders, account managers and customer success managers.

  • Proven track record of driving process improvements and implementing successful change management initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with ability to understand complex systems and identify areas for improvement.

Additionally, you should possess a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Operations Management or Computer Science.
