Lead Kitchen Operations

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Culinary Director to oversee all kitchen operations for a premium dining experience.

  • Oversight of kitchen operations, including catering, outdoor events, and fine dining experiences.
  • Creative menu design and development with emphasis on Pan-Asian and Indo-Pak cuisines.
  • Introduction of innovative dishes and conceptualization of live cooking stations for high-end catering.
  • Maintenance of consistency in flavor, presentation, and quality across all events.
  • Management, training, and mentorship of kitchen staff to ensure high performance and skill development.
  • Coordination with procurement to source premium ingredients and negotiate with suppliers.
  • Ensurance of compliance with hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP).
  • Regular tastings and quality checks for all menu items.
  • Optimization of kitchen workflow for efficiency and cost control.

Suitable candidates will possess:

  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in catering, fine dining restaurants, or hotel kitchens.
  • Proven expertise in Pan-Asian and Indo-Pak cuisines, buffet presentation, and outdoor catering.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts from a recognized institute.
  • HACCP certification
  • Advanced buffet and banqueting training
  • Specialization in Pan-Asian and Indo-Pak cuisines

The ideal candidate should be highly creative, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.

Required Skills: Menu development, live cooking concepts, food styling, kitchen management, team leadership, and supplier negotiation.

Location: Lahore, Pakistan

Employment Type: Full-time

Duration: Minimum 2 years, extendable up to 5 years (including 3-month probation)
