Executive Kitchen Leader

Culinary professionals with a passion for Pan-Asian and Indo-Pak cuisines are invited to apply for a challenging role as an Executive Kitchen Leader.

This is an exceptional opportunity to drive menu development, introduce innovative new dishes, and design live cooking stations for outdoor and high-end catering events. As a key member of the culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing recipe creation, buffet and à la carte execution, and premium food presentation.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7–10 years of experience in catering, restaurant, or hotel kitchens, with a proven track record in Pan-Asian and Indo-Pak cuisines, buffet presentation, and outdoor catering.

Key qualifications include a Culinary Arts degree or diploma from a recognized institute, with a preference for post-graduation in Hospitality or Kitchen Management. Additionally, HACCP certification, advanced buffet and banqueting training, and Pan-Asian and Indo-Pak culinary specialization courses are highly desirable.

The selected individual will demonstrate strong leadership skills, creative flair, and attention to detail, with excellent taste palate and ability to work under pressure. Strong verbal and written communication in English is essential, as well as the ability to train and mentor team members.
