Job Summary:

The Compliance Officer - Supply Chain will be responsible for ensuring compliance with PPRA rules and SSGCL procurement policies within the procurement department.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct compliance assessments to evaluate procurement processes, activities, and documentation for adherence to PPRA rules and SSGCL procurement policies.
  2. Analyze procurement records, contracts, and related documents to identify potential compliance risks and issues.
  3. Develop and implement compliance monitoring mechanisms, including audits and reviews.
  4. Collaborate with procurement teams to address compliance gaps and ensure corrective actions are taken promptly.
  5. Monitor compliance metrics and KPIs to report on compliance status.

Requirements:

  • MBA in Supply Chain from an HEC-recognized university or equivalent.
  • At least 4 years of experience in supply chain management.
  • Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or equivalent is an added advantage.
