Job Requirements

We are seeking a Senior IT Troubleshooter to join our team. As a technical support specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support to our clients and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support via phone, email, or chat to clients and internal teams.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to POS systems and equipment.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Document technical issues and solutions for internal knowledge sharing.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on reported issues and maintain client satisfaction.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need the following preferred skills and qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in a help desk or technical support role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proven experience providing technical support through phone, email, or chat.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with common IT tools, systems, and software.
