We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Expert, you will provide exceptional technical support to customers through various channels.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide best-in-class support to customers through tickets, chat, and email.
  • Maintain a strong customer-centric approach with empathy and a desire to help.
  • Work effectively in a 24/7 environment with flexible scheduling, including rotating shifts.
  • Monitor and respond to abuse reports and monitoring alerts on Slack.
  • Contribute to innovation and process improvements by assisting seniors and leads with day-to-day reporting.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues through live chat and other means.
Requirements:
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure environments like AWS, GCE, and DO.
  • Strong understanding of system and networking concepts and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience of Linux and content management systems like WordPress.
  • Sound knowledge and experience of web servers like Apache and Nginx.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for live chat and ticket support.
  • Working knowledge of MySQL and other database engines.
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid concepts and knowledge of programming languages like PHP, Bash, and Python would be a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in 24x7 production operations, preferably supporting highly available environments.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field with 2+ years of relevant work experience.
