We're seeking a highly creative Social Media Specialist to develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that drives engagement, informs, and motivates our audience.

  1. Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
  2. Create and maintain a strong online presence across multiple social media platforms.
  3. Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm ideas and concepts for visuals and content.
  4. Develop reports on a regular basis to measure performance and optimize campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Design, build, and maintain a consistent and engaging social media presence.
  2. Develop and implement social media campaigns that meet business objectives.
  3. Stay up-to-date on best practices and emerging trends in social media marketing.
  4. Analyze data and metrics to inform social media strategy and optimize spend.
  5. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a streamlined communication strategy.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media marketing.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising engaging social media campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in marketing research and statistical analysis.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
