We are looking for a Manager of Customer Acquisition to join our team at Interwood Mobel (Pvt) Ltd. As a results-driven professional, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales leads, focusing on key market categories, to expand our customer base and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Lead Identification: Discover and pursue fresh sales leads, with an emphasis on key market segments, to expand our customer base and drive business growth.
  2. Customer Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with architects, builders, developers, and corporate entities to grow our client network and ensure customer satisfaction.
  3. Business Growth Strategy: Create and execute a comprehensive business development strategy aimed at driving financial growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  4. Market Intelligence: Perform in-depth market research to identify new opportunities and emerging sectors, and keep up-to-date with industry trends and marketing strategies.
Requirements:

Bachelor's/Master's degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Development or relevant experience in Sales.

Skills & Behavior:
  • Proven experience in business development, preferably in the architecture, construction, or corporate sectors.
  • Strong market research, negotiation, and proposal development skills.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities.
  • Ability to drive strategic initiatives while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction and financial performance.
