Operations Management Role

This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a complex logistics and supply chain network. The successful candidate will have experience in managing teams, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate warehouse operations to ensure seamless inbounding, outbounding, and service level delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with Commercial teams to align daily incoming shipments and promote growth and health.
  • Identify performance gaps in the warehouse's operations, drive programs to close gaps, and revamp existing processes for better results.
  • Oversee warehouse inventory health, utilization, clearance, and data analysis.
  • Create Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).
  • Lead capital expenditure (CAPEX), operational expenditure (OPEX), and expansion projects to drive efficiency and sustainability.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Admin, Procurement, IT, and Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) teams to initiate, execute, and conclude projects.
  • Forecast and allocate CAPEX.
  • Maintain HSSE, 5S, and warehouse standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a business discipline, preferably Supply Chain Management.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience handling business stakeholders and project management in a tech or e-commerce environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Advanced Excel.
  • Basic SQL knowledge is an advantage.
